Welcome to the Sarasota County Fair Youth Exhibitor Online Entry System 2027! Please review the Sarasota Fair Exhibitor Rule Book, posted on the Sarasota County Fair Website. The Rule Book has been revised for 2027. The answers to any questions should be in the Sarasota Fair Exhibitor Rule Book, but if you need help with a question, please contact the Fairgrounds Office Manager Katie at info@sarasotafair.com or 941-365-0818. She will be more than happy to assist you, to complete your online entry. This year all participating exhibitors will create a “new profile”.

*** A W-9 is a requirement, BUT a 1099 will only be given IF the "ADD-ONS & PREMIUMS" are OVER the statutory threshold.***Sensitive information is protected under Fair Vault.***

Step 1: Review the Online Entries Timeline & Payment Information below.

Step 2: Click "Sigh In" on the top right corner, select I am an "Exhibitor" in the drop down menu. Click continue.

Step 3: To register, enter your first and last name in the text box, select “I am a new exhibitor or have yet to register this year”. Click continue.

Step 4: Fill in the Exhibitor Registration information. REMEMBER the password you choose, as this will be how you login into Showorks once registered. Click continue.

Step 5: Select from the list of entries. (Entries will be added or taken off the list throughout the year).

Step 6: Fill out the entry requirements and hit continue.

Step 7: Check out. Steer and Swine Online entries will have an OUTSTANDING BALANCE due to the Fair Office by CASH OR CHECK. *You will not be able to pay online* Continue with check out. You will get an email receipt, please save receipt for your records. The office will ask for a confirmation receipt on the day of check-in.

Note: There will be an option for you to upload a COMPLETED Housing Agreement or Lease Agreement after you submit an entry or you may submit it to the Fair Office.

Online Entries timeline & Payment Information:

**All cash or check payments must be delivered to the SCAFA Fairgrounds Office at 3000 Ringling Blvd. BY or BEFORE the entry form due date in the Exhibitor Rule Book on PAGE 3. You can make checks out to "SCAFA". The SCAFA Fairground's Office hours are 9-5 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (CLOSED WEDNESDAYS).

Steer – August 10, 2026, to September 10, 2026 - 1 entry per exhibitor $15.00.

Plants – September 11, 2026, to October 16, 2026 - 4 LOTS TOTAL per exhibitor (Lots are 2 plants in the same Division & same Class) Maximum total of 8 plants per exhibitor. $3 per LOT. Maximum payment to fair is $12.00. Please email/call the office with any questions on payment.

Dairy Goats - October 17, 2026, to December 4, 2026 - $15.00 per EXHIBITOR.

Pygmy Goats – October 17, 2026, to December 4, 2026 - $15.00 per EXHIBITOR.

Dogs – October 17, 2026, to December 4, 2026 - $10.00 per EXHIBITOR.

Miniature Horses - October 17, 2026, to December 4, 2026 - $10.00 per EXHIBITOR.

Swine – October 17, 2026, to December 1, 2026 - 1 entry per exhibitor $15.00.

Beef Breeding – October 17, 2026, to December 8, 2026 - $15.00 per EXHIBITOR.

Dairy – October 17, 2026, to December 8, 2026 - $15.00 per EXHIBITOR.

Poultry – November 2, 2026, to January 8, 2027 - $3.00 per LOT.

Rabbit - November 2, 2026, to January 8, 2027 - $3.00 per LOT.

Cavy - November 2, 2026, to January 8, 2027 - $3.00 per EXHIBITOR.
